Cancellation Policy
Agents or partners can request to cancel their account anytime by contacting our support team.
Once a financial product application has been submitted to a bank or insurance company, it cannot be cancelled through P2S Enterprises.
Training or digital service fees, once utilized, are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7-14 working days to the original payment method.
You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed.
